2022 SLA Annual Meeting
Hello Sports Lawyers Association members. After nearly 2 years of virtual events, we are excited to bring our community back together! I am pleased to announce the 2022 Sports Lawyers Association Annual Conference will take place May 12 - 14 at the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Atlanta, GA. Our Annual Conference is designed around the theme, "Sports as a Platform to Elevate Inclusion." We are looking forward to many outstanding conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion in our industry. We take seriously our responsibility as leaders in this arena.
Conference Committee Chair Naima Stevenson Starks, Vice Chairs Gregg Clifton and Jayma Meyer, and the rest of the committee are putting together an exciting and educational program, with the same amazing speakers and variety of topics that you have come to expect from the SLA. And of course, there will be many opportunities to re-engage and connect with each other in person.
We hope that you will join us. The meeting will offer a tremendous educational and networking experiences as well as a chance to relax and socialize with friends and colleagues, new and old, from all over the US and the world.
I know we have all been waiting a long time for this. I can't wait to see everyone!!
