Academic Research Paper Session
Six sports law academic papers — with a variety of different research designs (doctrinal, quantitative, qualitative) — will be presented during this three-hour session. Topics include antitrust, intellectual property, criminal law, governance, labor relations, and agency law. Each paper will be presented by the author for twenty minutes, with ten minutes of moderator/audience questions to follow.
